Our Mission
In today's digital landscape, content creators spend hours meticulously editing their videos, only to have them severely degraded by automated social media ingestion servers. The aggressive compression algorithms used by major platforms often destroy visual fidelity, lower frame rates, and crush dynamic range.
At Haze, our mission is to empower creators by providing technical solutions that bypass these destructive compression cycles. We engineer tools that allow users to maintain full control over their visual and audio quality from the timeline to the viewer's screen.
The Technology
We believe in the power of client-side architecture. Our core technologies leverage WebAssembly (WASM) to bring enterprise-grade video processing directly into the browser. By compiling robust tools like FFmpeg into WebAssembly, we enable lossless remuxing, metadata manipulation, and frame-accurate analysis without ever requiring users to upload their files to a remote server.
This approach ensures absolute privacy, eliminates bandwidth bottlenecks, and provides lightning-fast processing speeds that traditional server-based solutions simply cannot match.
