How long does it take to receive a response?
For general inquiries and bug reports, our team typically responds within 24 to 48 hours. If you are reporting a critical issue with the Optimizer tool (e.g., failure to process standard H.264 files), these are prioritized and often addressed within the same business day.
Can I request a custom feature?
Yes! We are constantly evolving the Haze System based on creator feedback. If you have a specific metadata requirement or analytics metric you want tracked, please select "General Inquiry" in the contact form and describe your use-case in detail.
What happens if my video fails to optimize?
Ensure your source video is an MP4 or MOV file encoded in H.264 or HEVC. If the problem persists, please submit a bug report via email with the exact resolution, framerate, and codec of your source file. Do NOT attach the video file itself to the initial email.
